These terms cover your use of Dungeon Lords at dungeonlords.win. By using the site, you agree to them; if you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 13, or older if the law where you live says so. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your email and your Google or Discord accounts safe.

What you make

Your characters, notes and anything else you put on the site stay yours. You let us store them and show them to the people you share them with, which is what the site is for. You're responsible for what you post, and you need the right to post it.

House Notes belong to their group: anyone in the group can edit or archive them, and every version is kept. When you leave a group or delete your account, the notes you wrote stay with the group. A build code gives anyone who has it a copy of that build.

Playing fair

• Don't use the site to harass anyone, or to post anything unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit.
• Only invite people who'd want to hear from you, and don't use invitations to send spam.
• Don't try to get into accounts, groups or data that aren't yours, or to break, overload or scrape the site.

We may remove anything that breaks these rules, and suspend or delete the account that posted it.

The site itself

Dungeon Lords is a small site for tabletop groups, provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we may change or end features. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose: the builder can save any character to a file.

As far as the law allows, Dungeon Lords isn't liable for indirect losses, or for lost data or profits, from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that can't be taken away.

Ending

You can stop using the site, and delete your account from your account page, at any time. If we ever close the site, we'll try to give notice first so you can save your characters.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and using the site after a change means you accept it.

Privacy

Our privacy policy says what we keep about you and why.
